DXB Landlord provides real estate brokerage services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Property search and selection assistance
• Property purchase facilitation and negotiation
• Legal documentation support
• Market analysis and property valuation
• Transaction management and coordination

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Act in good faith throughout the property transaction process

4. Professional Fees and Payments

Our professional fees will be clearly communicated before engaging our services. All fees are subject to applicable VAT and other taxes as required by UAE law. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fees with reasonable notice.

5. Property Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date property information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property listings or market data. All property information should be independently verified. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in property descriptions or pricing.

6. Limitation of Liability

DXB Landlord acts as a facilitator in property transactions. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any property transaction. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law and RERA regulations.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and transaction details. However, we may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued. Any fees for services already rendered remain payable upon termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UAE law and under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. RERA Compliance

DXB Landlord is committed to full compliance with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations and the Dubai Land Department requirements. All our operations adhere to the highest standards set by these regulatory bodies.
